The wood that is used in our crafts is native to Minnesota. We use mainly oak and pine, but have other types too. We do not use cedar in our hope chests because of the up-keep of the wood. Cedar needs to have the top layer taken off regaularly to keep the cedar smell.
Most of our crafts are shipable. Out rocking horses are shipped in two seperate packages to get them there safely. We use to ship them toghether with no assembly required, but they were getting damaged or lost. By having you put them together, we have had no damage to the rocking horse. Very good directions, screws and plugs are sent with, all that is needed is glue.
Some of our crafts are too large or have too much glass to ship out. In some cases we have driven them to the buyers. For more information on this, please call or e-mail us.
